H Vinoth’s Thalapathy 69 to star Bobby Deol as main villain opposite Vijay: Report

The makers of Thalapathy 69, Vijay’s last film, are going to make a special announcement at 5 pm today, September 14, on social media. Ahead of the release of this new update, a report has suggested that Thalapathy Vijay has been joined by Bobby Deol in the last film of his career before he dedicates himself entirely to politics.
A report published in the Deccan Herald mentioned that Bobby has been finalised to play the main villain in Vijay’s yet-to-be-titled film. While there’s no confirmation on the same yet, the actor’s popularity down South has certainly risen after his performance in Kanguva. The film is not released yet, but Bobby’s fearsome avatar as a tribal leader in Suriya’s film has impressed the audience and the makers alike.
The casting rumours around Thalapathy 69, which is directed H Vinoth, are going viral with many even suggesting that the film might feature Pooja Hegde, Mohanlal and Mamitha Baiju, among others. However, no other name apart from Vijay has been confirmed by the makers so far.
The fans are excited about a new update on the film which is to be announced today. On Friday evening, the makers, KVN Productions, released a heartfelt video for Vijay’s fans as a tribute to his legacy. The emotional video featured the actor’s mass presence as a Tamil superstar and highlighted the craze among his fans for his one glimpse.
